Responsibilities:
Project Manager (Fit-out Works):
- Oversee and manage fit-out projects, ensuring smooth planning, estimation, and execution.
- Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and work plans.
- Supervise teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure quality standards are met.
Site Project Engineer (Fit-out Works):
- Manage the day-to-day operations on site for fit-out projects.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members to resolve any issues on-site.
AutoCAD Draftsman (Fit-out & Joinery):
- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for fit-out and joinery projects.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and meet the project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to make any necessary revisions and updates to plans.
Qualifications:
For all positions:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Qatar, particularly in fit-out and joinery work.
- Transferable visa and NOC (No Objection Certificate) are required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (for Draftsman position).
