Responsibilities:
Female Nurses:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians.
- Assist in medical procedures and ensure patients’ comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
Female Physicians:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Provide consultations and create treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain patient medical records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest medical practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
Female Nurses:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- QCHP registration is preferred.
- Compassionate and attentive to patient needs.
Female Physicians:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid medical license in Qatar is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Marketing and HR Assistants:
- Relevant experience in marketing or human resources.
- Good communication skills.
- A background in healthcare is a plus.
