Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Handle monthly closings and prepare financial statements.
- Reconcile and monitor balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, including system and physical audits.
- Customize and optimize workflows in Odoo software.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient data management.
- Provide strong IT and technology support to integrate systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant.
- Expert in Odoo software, with hands-on experience in its modules, customization, and workflow optimization.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
- Deep understanding of inventory management and financial tracking.
- Age range: 25-40 years.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and ability to prepare accurate financial reports.
- Proficient in IT and technology tools for financial operations.
